1. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young players is our top priority. Our Platform is directed to a general audience but offers specific features for children aged 8-12. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) , the GDPR-k (Europe), and similar laws in other territories.
2. Information we collect
We collect information to facilitate card authentication, gameplay, and community features. The categories of data include: A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Data: Username, email address, and password.
- Card Codes: Scan or manual entry of unique alphanumeric codes to add physical cards to your digital collection.
- User Content: Animated gameplay sequences, avatar choices, and optional social media shares.
- Support Data: Information provided via WhatsApp/WeChat support tickets. B. Information Collected Automatically (via planned integration of Unity 3D & Nakama)
- Device Information: IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system.
- Usage Data: Gameplay analytics, matchmaking history, auction bids, and trade logs.

- Social Media: If you share art/animation, the social media platform may collect data per their own policies.
3. How we use information
We use data to:
- Authenticate unique card ownership for online play.
- Facilitate trades, auctions, and tournaments.
- Display rich story narratives and TV show access.
- Organize play events and calendar notifications.
- Enable filtered in-game chat (subject to parental approval).
- Provide customer support via WhatsApp/WeChat.
- Improve security and prevent fraud (e.g., duplicate card code use).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell children's personal information. We share data only:
- With Service Providers: We use AWS (hosting), Heroic Labs/Nakama (database & real-time - features), and Databricks (analytics) . These providers act as data processors bound by - strict confidentiality.
- For Legal Safety: To comply with law enforcement or protect the safety of users.
- Social Sharing: When you choose to share animations, we redirect you to your selected social network; we do not control that network's data practices.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data transmission. Nakama and Databricks provide secure, isolated instances on AWS. We retain user data as long as the account is active. If an account is inactive for 3 years, or upon parental request, we permanently delete the data.
6. International Users (Including China)
Our servers are located in the US (AWS) . For users in the EU or China, data processing complies with local transfer laws. Chinese users utilizing WeChat support will have communications handled according to Tencent's terms.
